Operations Analyst

At Enterprise Logistics, we are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst – Air Export to join our team and work strategically in coordinating international shipments. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that all stages of the operation are conducted with excellence, within the deadlines and quality standards expected by clients.

• Analyze shipping instructions and pre-shipment documents (invoice, packing list, drafts) ensuring compliance and smooth operation;

• Make bookings with airlines, coordinating deadlines, routes, and lead times;

• Coordinate the collection of goods with partners, ensuring logistical efficiency;

• Track shipments and maintain daily follow-up with clients, agents, and suppliers;

• To guide the client regarding documentation, requirements, and logistical alternatives;

• Perform cost analysis and closing procedures, forwarding complete information to the finance department;

• Apply for cargo insurance (registration and documentation);

• To work collaboratively with internal departments and international agents to ensure customer satisfaction and increase the profitability of processes.

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields;

• Advanced English;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Solid experience in Air Export, with strong operational experience;

• Experience as a Senior Analyst in Foreign Trade, with technical expertise in documentation and shipment coordination;

• Prior experience as a freight forwarder is desirable.
