Regarding the opportunity
At Enterprise Logistics, we are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to work in general cargo shipments via sea and air, ensuring excellence in the end-to-end execution of processes.
Here, every operation is a key piece in the company's strategy and in the satisfaction of our customers.

Main Activities
Complete coordination of international shipments (IM/IA);
Analysis of shipping instructions and active follow-up with customers and suppliers;
Document review (Invoice, Packing List, House, Master);
Scheduling and managing bookings with shipping companies/airlines;
Insurance application, instructions to origin, release and delivery of cargo;
Interface with internal areas: finance, operations, sales and logistics;
Technical support to the team and monitoring of key performance indicators.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Trade;
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an IM/IA Operational Assistant;
Proficiency in maritime and air import processes;
Advanced English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
