Regarding the opportunity

At Enterprise Logistics, we are seeking Senior Inside Sales professionals to join our sales team, focusing on international freight — air, sea, and road.

If you combine agility, analytical skills, and technical expertise, this position is for you. Here, the role is consultative, strategic, and entirely client-focused.

Main Activities

  • Quote and send technical sales proposals within 24 hours;

  • Track shipments and follow up with clients and suppliers;

  • Update international tariffs and local shipping company fees weekly;

  • Prepare shipping instructions according to technical standards;

  • Keep the processes updated in the system (Headsoft);

  • Develop strategic relationships with agents and partners;

  • Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and communications;

  • To act in a consultative manner, focused on performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an organized/analytical profile.

  • More than 2 years of solid experience in the role;

  • Technical expertise in freight and international negotiations.

  • Advanced English is required.
